Hot Tub Rules: 1. No food in or around the hot tub to avoid contamination. 2. Shower before entering to maintain water cleanliness. 3. No glassware in the hot tub area—plastic only. 4. Maximum occupancy:guests. 6 ( 1000 lbs) 5. Do not use after 10 PM to respect noise levels and local regulations. 6. Children must be supervised at all times while using the hot tub. 7. Cover the hot tub when not in use to preserve heat and ensure safety. 8. No oils, lotions, or soaps in the hot tub as they can damage the filter. 9. Report any issues immediately to the property manager. 10. Temperature not to exceed 103 deg F Fire pit: A free fire permit is required to use the fire pit. Instructions for obtaining the permit are included in the guest book. Firewood is provided, so there is no need to bring your own. Parking: There is space for 3 to 4 vehicles in the driveway. Please note that the driveway is shared with neighbors, so we ask guests to park carefully and leave easy access for others coming and going. Parking is available at the top of the driveway on the left side. Please do not park on the right side near the garbage cans or in the neighbor’s spot. Lily pad: The property is located on the main channel, so conditions can occasionally be windy or choppy. Please make sure the lily pad is secured when not in use, and be mindful that towels and other lightweight items may blow away.
